Jaffi’s is open Monday though Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

What kind of clothing will I find at Jaffi’s?
At Jaffi’s you will find trendy and hip sportswear, shoes, and accessories for women. Most of our merchandise is effortless and casual. 

How do I care for my Boob-eez?
To care for your Boob-eez, wash as needed with mild soap and water. Air dry, sticky side up and place in original boob-eez plastic container for storage. Keep boob-eez away from dirt, dust, fabric and oils to maintain adhesive.

How do I care for my Tarina Tarantino Jewelry?
Always remove jewelry and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.  Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish.  Never expose jewelry or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.  To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.

What is the Tarino Tarantino Jewelry made of?
Tarina Tarantino uses a number of different materials for her jewelry. Some of the necklaces are made of lucite, a material that has both properties of plastic and glass and mirrors the clarity of glass. The metal and backing on the earrings is surgical steel. And all of her crystals are Swarovski crystals.

Can Jaffi’s repair my Tarina Tanantino Jewelry?
If you purchased your jewelry from Jaffi’s and it has been within 30 days of the purchase we would be more than happy to send your jewelry in for repair. The original receipt MUST be present.  Otherwise you can send your jewelry directly to Tarina Tarantino who will repair jewelry free of charge within 30 days of purchase from TarinaTarantino.com. After 30 days, there is a minimum repair fee of $5 per item depending on the item, plus shipping costs. As they do repair jewelry at their discretion, you must contact customer service for an RA# (Return Authorization #) before sending any packages. You can obtain a RA# by emailing customer service at service@tarinatarantino.com. Tarina Tarantino reserves the right to refuse packages without an RA #, or an invoice.

Our Jaffi’s Girls offer gift wrapping at any time of the year.
Jaffi’s would be more than happy to take orders over the phone and ship them to your home! We can even ship your in-store purchases for you.
We also would be more than happy to help you with your shopping woes and provide personal shopping!

Can Jaffi’s ship my purchase?
Jaffi’s would be more than happy to ship your order to you. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 3 days and the cost depends and the amount/type of merchandise. Overnight delivery via Express Mail is $15-$25. Please place holiday orders being sent through Priority Mail by December 17th to enable timely delivery before Christmas.

Can I return my purchase?
Within 14 days of purchase of merchandise, we will gladly accept returns for exchanges or store credit.  All articles must be in saleable condition and items that have been worn are not returnable. If your purchase was shipped to you, please send items securely wrapped. We do not pay shipping on returned items.
